Quiet The Noise: A Series

What does it mean to Quiet the Noise? These words usually have us thinking about the noise that we physically hear. At Zero dB, we focus on our internal noise. Those incessant, pestering thoughts in our brains. The additional noise that this pandemic has surfaced is an example of the anxieties brought on by our internal noise.

Unfortunately, no one is immune. We all have noisy minds.

At Zero dB, our mission is to help quiet the (mental) noise, so that you can perform at your best. To this end, we’re excited to launch the Quiet the Noise blog and share our noise-canceling advice and tips.
